The shock absorber series are applied to various vehicles, include automobile, motorcycle, scooter, E-bike, ATV etc. The spring series include automotive shock absorber coil spring. motorcycle/scooter shock absorber spring, machine spring etc. So far, there are 7 subsidiaries belong to the group company.

In 1999, established Zhejiang Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2006, estailished Taizhou Leiting shock absorber Co., Ltd.

In 2009, established Zhejiang Shenglong Spring Co., Ltd.

In 2010, established Tianjin Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2013, established Guangdong Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2015, established Wuxi Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2015, established Wuxi KRT Light Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd.

In 2021, established Guangxi Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2023, established Chongqing Mingzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

The company has a highly skilled staff of more than 1500, including 20 senior engineers, 60 technicians and 100 senior managerial staff. The company has obtained a certificate pertaining to quality from the National Motorcycle、Automobile Quality Surveillance and Inspection Authority.
